There is no charge for your first visit but if you decide that you want us to be a part of your planning process or want to reserve rental items for your event, plan to place a down payment to hold your items and/or get your planning started.
For those who just need a helping hand and to get started planning their event.This package includes two, 2 hour sessions and proposals for design plans.
For those who need a little coordination for their special day. This package is for the client that wishes to do all the planning and preparation but would like a professional to finalize all the details and plans, then direct and coordinate the rehearsal and entire day of event.
For those who wish someone to manage all aspects of their event from design to orchestration from beginning to end.
You can even decide how little or much you need help with. An hourly rate is available for those who want to select how much involvement Custom Occasions LLC has in the planning or orchestration of their event. This allows clients to do the planning but hire out what they feel would be the most cumbersome aspect of the event or to ensure that someone is able to manage specific parts of the event that may be scheduled in separate locations.
